Our journey began in 2002 under the leadership of Mr. Deepak Bilochi, the Managing Director of the company. Starting with a brick manufacturing business, he quickly established a reputation for quality, reliability, and operational excellence. Within just five years, the company grew to become one of 2nd largest brick manufacturers in the region , laying a strong foundation for future growth.
Recognizing emerging opportunities in the real estate sector, the company diversified into construction and development in 2009. This marked the launch of our first residential project, Designer Dream, located in New Bhupalpura, Udaipur. The project's success was followed by our second landmark development, Designer Heights in Pratap Nagar, completed in 2012, further strengthening our presence in the residential real estate market.
In 2015, the company expanded into the hospitality industry through the acquisition of Hotel Krishnalila Regency, situated near Gulab Bagh, Udaipur. Today, the property operates as goSTOPS Plus Udaipur and also serves as our company's office. This strategic move allowed us to combine our expertise in asset development with hospitality operations, creating long-term value across multiple sectors.
Founded in Udaipur, Meeradhe Buildcom is a real estate investment and hospitality venture firm. We bring together strategic land development, premium residential projects, and hotel deals — all built on a foundation of trust and transparency.

Kaviish Biilochi (Director)

Kaviish Biilochi holds an MBA from Liverpool Business School, United Kingdom, and brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical business experience. Having gained hands-on exposure across hospitality, real estate, sales, and marketing, he has played a key role in hotel operations, strategic planning, and the successful brand partnership with goSTOPS.
He currently leads the company's sales, marketing, and business strategy functions. Kaviish is also the founder and head of MHDA (Meeradhe Hotel Deals Advisory), the hospitality advisory vertical focused on hotel acquisitions, dispositions, lease structuring, brand partnerships, and investment advisory services

Ayush Biilochi (Sales Head)

Ayush Bilochi completed his BBA from Amity University and represents the next generation of growth within the organization. With strong hands-on experience in sales and customer relationships, he plays an active role in business development and client engagement. His energy, commitment, and market understanding continue to contribute to the company's expanding footprint across real estate and hospitality.
